No. AI for Small Business is separate from the laundry software. We build on the tools you already use, under your own accounts.
You do. Everything runs on your accounts and you pay the software bills (AI usage, texting, automation tools) directly, so nothing depends on us to keep running.
It stays in your systems. We don't copy your customer data into ours, and sensitive details like payment or health information are kept out of AI tools. Clinics and medical offices need their compliance person's sign-off before anything touches patient records.
