Privacy Policy

A plain-language summary of how Tama OS handles your data. We may expand this into a fuller policy as the platform grows.

What we collect

Early-access signups: name, email, phone, market, business stage, current software, and order volume — used solely to evaluate and contact founding operator applicants. Operator and customer data processed by the platform belongs to the operator and their customers; Tama OS processes it to provide the service.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics on tamaos.ai to understand website visits, traffic sources, and completed early-access inquiries. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure these interactions. We do not send inquiry form contents to Analytics, and advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. This website measurement is separate from Tama Laundry's analytics and does not track activity inside operator dashboards. What we don't do

We don't sell personal data. We don't run third-party ads. Payment card data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.
