Tama OS is built for neighborhood laundry businesses and their customers — all of their customers. Our target across this site and the platform is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

We build tamaos.ai with semantic HTML, keyboard-operable navigation, text alternatives for meaningful images, and AA color contrast, and we check our work with automated accessibility tooling during development.

Accessibility is a platform feature

Every customer-facing website Tama OS generates for an operator runs through one shared renderer, and that renderer is tested: every release passes automated WCAG 2.1 A/AA structural checks (using the axe engine) across all visual themes. Images require alt text before they can be published, text-on-brand-color combinations are enforced against AA contrast, and each tenant site ships with its own accessibility statement page at /accessibility — with the operator’s real contact details — automatically.

Known limitations

Automated testing doesn’t catch everything a real person might hit, and operators author some of their own content. When something slips through, we treat it as a bug.
