Commercial accounts & invoices

Commercial laundry invoicing software

A business customer needs to know which service an invoice covers, how the quantities were calculated and what remains payable. Tama OS connects the order record to admin billing so staff can review the work behind the total.

Give every invoice a clear path back to the laundry order.

01

Agree the account requirements

Record the customer’s service arrangement, item types, pickup schedule and billing contact. A commercial account is not automatically eligible for credit terms or discounts; those are decisions for your business.

02

Capture production quantities

Use actual measured weight and confirmed item counts. Keep per-pound work distinct from per-piece charges and special services so the invoice reflects how the order was priced.

03

Review the calculation

The invoice workflow brings applicable pricing, membership coverage, fees and adjustments into the admin view. Staff can inspect the breakdown before presenting the amount to the customer.

04

Follow the payment status

Keep the payable amount and payment status connected to the account. Distinguish an invoice being sent from money being collected, and handle credits or adjustments through the billing workflow rather than changing a customer’s history informally.

Use a real account example in your demo

Bring an anonymized sample with the kinds of towels, linens or garments you actually process. Include a mixed order if that is common: weight-based laundry, a few individually priced items and an adjustment. Ask to follow it from booking through weighing to the customer’s invoice view.

Connect recurring work without hiding exceptions

A recurring pickup schedule does not mean every load has identical quantities. Changes in volume, urgent turnaround and extra items need a visible place in the order. Billing should explain those differences rather than rely on a familiar monthly amount that staff cannot reconcile.

Keep business decisions with your team

Tama OS provides the workflow; your business chooses the services, account pricing, payment arrangements and follow-up policy. Confirm supported account terms, tax configuration and invoice requirements during onboarding. Software should not advertise a commercial service your operation cannot provide.

What to check in your demo

  • Trace invoice line items back to measured quantities.
  • Review an order with both pound and piece charges.
  • Inspect member coverage and a manual adjustment.
  • Check the customer invoice and the admin view together.
  • Walk through a failed payment, a credit and an account follow-up.

Questions operators ask

Is commercial invoicing separate from booking?

The workflows connect through the order and customer account. The purpose is to preserve service details and quantities as work moves into billing.

Does software enrollment grant my customers payment terms?

No. Credit terms and service agreements are business choices. Confirm the supported configuration for your account before offering it to customers.

Can I use my own pricing?

Tama OS is designed for separate laundry operators with their own service and pricing configuration. Review your specific price structures during onboarding.
